I made a second Kurosawa tribute video

Why did I make a second Kurosawa video? Because, one isn't enough for him and his body of work. And those actors, writers, DPs, ect.

And because I was laid up for 2 months due to illness and a few operations so that's what I did.

I like to think of this one as the "Life is Hard (Especially if you're a character in a Kurosawa film)" video.

Hearing the crowd in this clip (below), I don't know what it was, and I struggled with telling anyone this but...I cried. Like --muffling my mouth with my hand so no one heard me and tears rolling down my checks -- cried. I don't know, man, I just cried. This scene makes me feel close to God and closer to all of you. There a handful of movie scenes that do this and this is one for sure. This scene is the communion of the saints. It’s salvation and redemption and running the race set before you. Not that anyone's been here for a while but I'm going to be starting a new blog. Something that can be a comfortable home for whatever is this next phase of being a writer.
